Our dolls mainly interest private customers world wide, of all ages and all social or professional categories, for private use. Our dolls are very often an emotional presence, and they become a cherished object and respond to a sexual need.

What are the prices of the dolls ?

Which dolls accessories are included at delivery ?
All dolls come with :
- A cotton bag,
- A set of clothes (underwear/lingerie type),
- Beauty kit (hairbrush and scented powder),
- A repair kit in case of a small tear in the silicone,
- A wig of your choice,
- A leaflet.

We suggest you keep the shipping carton, if you want to store your doll in good condition.

How do I order ?
To order, simply download the file and the order form by clicking here, and return by post together with your payment.

Our order form contains :
- Choice of options,
- Our general sales conditions,
- Our bank details and postal address.

The File will then be returned to you, signed by us, with your invoice.
We urge the manufacturing process and delivery upon receipt of full payment of your order.

Can I pay my order by installment ?
We suggest you pay for your order twice, as follows :
- A deposit of 3500 Euros, joined with your order form. Upon receipt of the amount, the manufacturing process may start, and you will receive your doll in a period of approximately 6 weeks.
- Balance must be done once your doll is ready for shipment, before delivery.

What means of payment do you accept ?
- Cheque (France only).
- Bank transfer.
- Postal transfer.
- Paypal (upon request).

What currencies are accepted ?
Case 1 - You live in the European Union : Payment in Euros only (or £ for UK)
Case 2 - You live outside the European Union : Payment in Euros or U.S. Dollars.

What should I put on the title of the bank transfer ?
Simply enter your full name, address and city. We will be immediately informed. Then the fabrication of your doll will start upon receipt of your order form.

When should I send my payment ? With my order form or at reception of my invoice ?
It's your choice. You can either attach your payment to your order form (see accepted payment methods), or wait until you receive your invoice to make your payment. The first option allows to start more quickly the manufacturing of your doll.

How to take advantage of a promotional offer ?
To take advantage of a promotional offer, just send us your order form and payment by regular mail or scan before the deadline of the promotion (stamp will prove).

Should there be any customs charges and other additional fees ?
Case 1 - You live in the European Union : the prices listed on the site include all compulsory taxes. Doll Story fully supports the customs fees and VAT. No additional costs are anticipated, except for shipping if you want a home delivery.
Case 2 - You live outside the European Union : we will establish a tax-free quote.
For this, contact us and inform us about :
- Your customization choices : body, face, options.

- Your country of residence.
Upon arrival of your package to your home, you will have to pay custom duties to your own country. For this, an invoice will be sent directly by the delivery company. This is normal, because the international shipping companies are responsible for collecting import taxes directly to the customer.

Is it possible to see the dolls in person before ordering ?
Of course ! Our showroom is located in Lyon, and is open to you individually by appointment. Our staff will be pleased to welcome you and show you the technical characteristics of the dolls, all precautions to take, business terms and conditions.
To make an appointment, simply contact us by email, stating your availability. We will reply within 24 hours.

Can we rent the dolls ?
We offer rental of our dolls (day or half day) for artistic and/or exposure to professional customers only, provided that the project is accepted by Doll Story.
Rental price per day is 550 Euros excl.VAT per doll, excluding travel expenses.
This price includes the presence of a member of our team for handling and clothing.

DELIVERY (LEAD TIME AND ORGANIZATION), PARCEL :

What is the price of home delivery ?
Case 1 - You live in the European Union : the price of a home delivery is 300 Euros incl.VAT. This price includes freight and transport insurance (theft and/or damage to the goods).
You can also come yourself to get your doll in Lyon, our staff will be happy to welcome you.
Case 2 - You live outside the European Union (DOM-TOM included) : the price of a home delivery depends on your country and your place of residence. Call or email us and inform us about your city and country.

What is the delivery time ?
The average delivery time is 6 weeks after receipt of your order and full or partial payment. This period may be shorter or longer depending on the varying amount of production, delivery areas and customs clearance.
You'll always be informed of the exact time of delivery by the time of placing the order.

What kind of package are the dolls delivered in ?
The dolls are delivered lying in a double reinforced cardboard that you can keep for storage if needed. The hands and feet of the dolls are packaged in protective film. The doll is positioned in plastic bubble, inside the box. Until today’s date, we experienced no transport incident, probably because of this packing method.

What are the package dimensions (height, weight) ?
The complete doll : (body + 1 or 2 faces + accessories) comes in a package of 159 cm x 60 cm x 30 cm, with a total weight not exceeding 40 kg.

How do I know the exact date of delivery of my order ?
Once your doll is manufactured and checked a last time by our team, then packed and ready to be delivered, we will contact you by mail or phone, depending on your choice (please indicate this on the order form) to organize a home delivery at the date of your convenience (between 10.am and 6.pm, excluding weekends and holidays).

How does the home delivery work ?
Delivery is ensured by a private transport company, at the date of your convenience (excluding weekends and holidays). We will contact you by e-mail when the delivery will be initiated, and you will be able to follow the delivery of your package in real time through the tracking number of your package.
The carrier undertakes to deliver your package to your door.

Is the package discreet ? Does the deliveryman know the contents of the package ?
The delivery man is not aware of the contents of the package. Only the word "dummy" is specified on the delivery coupon, and stickers marked "Fragile" are printed on the package. These precautions ensure proper handling throughout the transport.

What if, despite all my requirements, I am away at the moment of home delivery ?
We are still looking at this case and that’s why we add your telephone number (mobile or landline) and e-mail address to the carrier so that the driver can contact you in case of absence. It will be possible to request a second delivery (for free) or to get the package at a delivery point near your place.

I do not want my neighbors to see the package on delivery. Can I request a delivery to another point of withdrawal ?
Yes, that’s possible, the delivery company we use has collection points all over Europe. If you wish, we can deliver the package at a point near to your place. You will be contacted by the delivery company upon arrival of the package on the spot.

Can I pick up my doll right in your showroom ?
Of course, and its our pleasure to welcome you in our showroom in Lyon (France) when your doll is ready. On the order form, you can choose between a home delivery, or a withdrawal of your doll at the showroom.

What is your delivery area ?
We deliver our dolls all around the world, at different rates according to defined areas, and if the regulation of your country does not prohibit the importation of some erotic nature.

WARRANTIES :

What are the guarantees ?
1. Your package is guaranteed against theft, loss and degradation throughout its transport to final destination.
2. All our products are carefully inspected before home delivery, and if a manufacturing defect is found, we notify you immediately and proceed to a standard exchange.
3. The product you receive will be free from defects in workmanship or latent defect.
4. Each doll comes with a cleaning kit, repair kit for small scarves and the conditions of use to read carefully.
5. Use and careful maintenance are also guaranteed for long years of the dolls.
6. Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the package, and a standard exchange will be delivered.

Our dolls were selected from all existing models according to several criteria :

Are the dolls fragile ?
As its name implies, the purpose of a hyper-realistic doll is as close as possible to reality : tactile contact, smoothness and suppleness of the skin, beauty of all parts of the body, such as hands, feet, sex, joints... Hyperrealism also provides the possibility to install the doll in various positions, and maintaining a natural appearance. Each model is equipped with an articulated skeleton. All of these qualitative attributes impose precautions. The dolls that we offer are real pieces of art, to be treated with appropriate delicacy.

Can we easily manipulate the dolls ?
The dolls can be positioned easily within certain limits not to exceed.
These limits are clearly stated in the terms of use included with each doll.
For example, as all silicone dolls, excessive rudeness could cause a tear in the sex. The internal metal skeleton allows a large number of positions but do not force on the joints, with the risk of breaking the silicone shell. The weight of the dolls is voluntarily high enough to offer a variety of movements close to reality, but requires some effort regarding manipulation.

What is the life time/duration of the dolls ?
The silicone used for our dolls is a durable material, it withstands extreme temperatures and does not deform over time.
However, some basic rules of use - clearly defined in our manuals - are to follow to ensure longevity of the dolls. In this case, it is impossible to give them a precise lifetime because it depends on careful handling.

Does the silicone lose shape over time ?
No ! The silicone used to make our dolls is perfectly designed to last without any distortion over time. For example, the fingers of the hands are not likely to stick together if the doll is not handled for some time.

The only precaution to take is not to leave too long (several days) the doll on a rattan chair for example, to avoid any marks on the legs or back.

OPTIONS OF CUSTOMIZATION, MAINTENANCE :

What options of customization are available for the dolls ?

What is the "functional fingers" option ?
When articulated, hands include flexible metal rods inside the silicone. The hands of our dolls can grasp light objects such as a glass. All natural hand positions are possible. The rate of this option : 359 Euros incl.VAT.
Without this equipment, the hand is "soft", since only made of silicone.

Is it possible to apply ordinary make-up on the dolls ?
The dolls are already carefully made up with a permanent product. But you can easily add more makeup, such as lipstick, blush and eye shadow, mascara, kohl pencil, etc. The only product to avoid is "gloss", as it inevitably will flow over the silicone.
If you want to frequently make-up your doll by yourself, you can order a natural doll face, that is to say without any makeup.

Is it possible to perfume the dolls ?
There are a variety of perfume compositions, all more or less concentrated in alcohol, which can damage the silicone. We recommend scenting the dolls at parts which are not visible (behind the head, behind ears, under the hair) or on clothing.

Is the nail color final ?
No, we use ordinary nail polish, which can be easily removed with a solvent and a cotton cloth. So you can change the color of nail polish by yourself.

Does the toes have any nails ?
We offer an additional option at a price of 49 Euros including VAT for the installation of nails on the toes.
Warning : this option may make it more difficult wearing certain shoes or boots.

If I buy clothes and lingerie for my doll, what size should I buy ?
The different bodies have different measurements, detailed on our Characteristics page.

Is it easy to dress the dolls ?
In the beginning it’s difficult, but that’s normal, you need to get used to the different movements of your doll. However, tight and/or non-elastic clothes, or without any zippers or laces are the only ones to avoid. For the rest, some practice will do.

Is the hair of the dolls permanent, or is it a wig ?
These are wigs, which you can install and remove easily. Each doll comes with the wig of your choice, and you can order several wigs, at a price of 49 Euros incl.VAT each.

Can I choose the shape and color of pubic hair on my doll ?
Sure, we offer several forms: natural, neat, shaved, and available in three colors: black, red and blonde.

Is it possible to pierce the silicone dolls, to make them wear earrings or other piercings ?
Yes, you can pierce the silicone anywhere (face, ears, sex, etc). Just make sure to take enough silicone for body piercing, and not to tear the silicone when handling.

How do I maintain my doll ?
The silicone used for our dolls do not require special maintenance. To clean your doll, some soapy water (dish soap or bubble bath) is sufficient to remove all dust. After complete drying and a light layer of talc, your doll will find its freshness, and will be ready again.

How do I clean my doll after having sex ?
If you opt for the realistic vagina, your doll will be delivered with a pear wash. After use, simply clean the inside of the vagina with warm water, and your doll will be ready again.
For the removable vagina, you simply remove the vagina and put it under warm water, then let it dry. Put it back in the doll, and it is ready for use again !
