1.1 - All the prices of our articles are indicated :
- in US Dollars (US$) exclusive VAT, for all orders providing from US.
- in Pound Sterling (£) inclusive VAT, for all orders providing from the United-Kingdom.
- in Euro (€) inclusive VAT, for all orders providing from the European Union.
- out of transport expenses starting from Lyon (see delivery article).
1.2 - All the orders are payable :

- in Euro (€) inclusive VAT, for all orders providing from the European Union.
1.3 - Prices are fixed at the current month. Any price quotations provided by Doll Story on this website shall be valid for the period stated on the website or in the quotation. If no time period is stated, then the price charged for an order will be the price in effect the day Doll Story accepts the order, under condition of product availability.
1.4 - Ownership clause : products are Doll Story's property until the full payment by the purchaser.
ARTICLE 2 - MEANS OF PAYMENT
- by cheque (France only) payable to DOLL STORY or DS DECO.

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY
Deliveries are generally ensured within 5 to 7 weeks. Nevertheless, this time can be exceeded in case of out-of-stock at Doll Story's suppliers. In that case, the customer will be immediately informed.
Consignment :
Deliveries start from Lyon – France.
Doll Story could not be liable in case of delays due to movements of strike or other imponderable fixed by the legislation of carriage of goods.
Shipping costs :
Shipping costs for France and Europe are fixed starting from Lyon (France).
Shipment guarantees :
The goods are guaranteed against all damage, until the package reaches its final destination. Doll Story cannot be responsible for damages caused by the carrier. All claims for damage on the package must be reported in writing to the carrier at reception of the package. All damage on the product must be declared in written by the customer to Doll Story within 72 hours after reception of the package.
Customs restrictions :
Some legislations limit or prohibit the importation of erotic products. Please inform yourself about the legislation of country before ordering.
Customs tax :
Customs taxes for all European countries are discharged by Doll Story. There is no extra tax to be paid by the customer living in the European Community countries.
Appart from these countries, taxes of customs or importation can be due when the package reaches its country destination. You could have to clear through customs to receive the package. We have no control on these taxes and can't plan it, customs policies strongly differ from one country to another. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
VAT :
VAT for all European countries are discharged by Doll Story. There is no extra VAT to be paid by the customer residing in the European Community countries.
An exclusive VAT sale is proposed by Doll Story, to :
- professionals located in a European country, on presentation of their VAT number,
- private individuals residing outside the European Community. In that case, the customer will be charged for the VAT of his country, at reception of the package, and upon billing from the delivery company.

Consequently, Doll Story is not responsible for errors or omissions possible in one of the photographs, texts, graphics and products characteristics in case of characteristics modification by the suppliers. Of course, for any request about the products, you can contact our customers service. Doll Story shall not be liable for the nonfulfilment of the contract concluded in case of loss or damage caused by any delay or failure to perform its obligations, of unavailability or out-of-stock condition of the product, disturbance or strike of the mail services and means of transport and/or communication in particular, accidents, war, fire, acts of God, governmental restrictions or injunctions, or due to any other circumstances or causes that have the effect of frustrating performance of these terms of sales, or any other cause beyond the control of Doll Story. Doll Story is not responsible for the privacy practices of the other websites and releases any responsibility if the contents of these websites would contravene the legal and lawful provisions in force. Doll Story encourages the Internet surfers to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Any problem concerning the application of the contract can be settled by our services, or in the case of an out-of-court settlement failure, it will be competence of a French court.
